In this industry there are many rogue traders who mislead our existing customers to try and gain them for themselves. BEWARE if: A company asks you to provide your Bank or card details? You receive a call and are told that your premium is being reduced and then asked for your Bank details. You are told Sat Insure has "gone out of business " or "gone into liquidation". You are asked to cancel your Direct Debit and to set up a new one. If they can't quote this then it's not us. If you have a password set up on your account make sure they can quote this. DO NOT give your password away to anybody unless they can quote your SI CERTIFICATE number. Ask the company to quote the date that you took out your policy - If they cannot answer this they are not us.
