Sky Remote Not Working

If your Sky remote is not working there are a couple of simple tests you can do at home to determine why.

Firstly Check The Batteries In The Sky Remote Are Working

When you press any button on the remote control you should see a small red light appear on the remote when the button is depressed. If you don’t see a red light the batteries may be out of power or they may have become dislodged. Either replace the batteries or take the back off the remote to see if everything is still in it’s correct place. To turn your box on with out the remote press the standby button on the box itself.

Try And Reset The Sky Remote Control

Take one battery out of the remote control then press and hold the select button on the remote control for 10 seconds. Put the battery back in to see if it works.
